Photographs Available in two versions: Head Shot and Body Shot. Both photographs are available in low resolution 72 dpi for web publication, and high resolution 300 dpi for printing in hard copy brochures and magazines. Kare's Bios There are few different bios available. Which one you use will depend on your specific needs. Clicking on the link to the right will open up the bios in a new window. Use the one that is most appropriate for your organization.

Room Set Up
If there is a stage, please have stairs coming down from the front of the stage. Place the podium at least four feet back from the front side of the stage so Kare can walk back and forth along the front side of the stage.

If the meeting room is arranged with seats only or seats with long tables, please arrange the room to allow for two aisles (dividing the seats into three sections) so Kare can walk up and down the aisles.

If the room is arranged with round tables, please allow enough room for Kare to move around the tables.

Audio Visual Requirements
Kare requires a wireless, lavaliere microphone with belt hook for the battery/transmitter pack. Please insure that the batteries are fresh and that a spare lavaliere microphone set up is available at the podium.

If there is a podium on stage, please have a separate microphone for the person introducing Kare.

(Perhaps more meaningful than the usual mug or t-shirt!)

Offer attendees a long-lasting souvenir of Kare's program such as an educational book or tape or a customized printed small book. What a low-cost, high-impact, and long-lasting way for attendees to remember your meeting! For any of your meetings, books that remind them of their experience--and of your organization--are great ways to reinforce your value to them.

Suggestion: Your vendors, exhibitors, or other sponsors might want to underwrite the cost of customized books to give away at your event. For exhibitors, they are great traffic builders to their booth.
